Please note the following rates apply as from January 1st 2007

PLACE DE LA FONTAINE (sleeps 6 pax)

LOW SEASON - 525€ per week (or 75€ per night - minimum 3 nights)

* January, February, March, November and December (excluding Christmas and New Year weeks)

MID SEASON - 896€ per week

* April, May June September, October, December (including Christmas and New Year weeks)

HIGH SEASON - 1,000€ per week

* July and August

PLEASE NOTE: From September 2008, bookings for Place de la Fontaine will only be accepted for periods of 2 weeks at a minimum.

ROSE COTTAGE (sleeps 4 pax)

LOW SEASON - 504€ per week (or 72€ per night - minimum 3 nights)

HIGH SEASON - 920€ per week

* July and August

VILLA AGAPANTHE (sleeps 6 pax)

FEATURES PRIVATE FENCED POOL

(Unfortunately, Villa Agapanthe is not suitable for children under the age of eight)

LOW SEASON - 735€ per week (or 105€ per night - minimum 3 nights)

* November, December, January February and March

MID SEASON - 1,452€ per week

* May (from 19th), June (up to 15th),August (from 11th) September (up to 7th)

HIGH SEASON - 1,850€ per week

* June (from 16th), July, August (up to 10th)

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR 2008

*** PLEASE NOTE that all bookings in 2008 for Villa Agapanthe between 23 APRIL - 19 NOVEMBER will only be taken from WEDNESDAY TO WEDNESDAY.

From September 2008, bookings for Villa Agapanthe will only be accepted for periods of 2 weeks at a minimum.

ALL RATES INCLUDE: all cleaning, electricity and gas, heating, cots and highchairs, bed linen, fluffy bathroom towels and bathrobes.br> Winter rates at up to 50% discount are available upon application and subject to availability.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

1. Deposit is 50% of total rent and payable at the time of the booking. By paying the deposit you accept these Terms & Conditions of Rental.

   Payment may be made as follows:
   (a) Bank drafts to Credit Agricole, Place St Pierre, 84400, Apt, France
   International Banking A/C Number: IBAN FR76 1130 6000 8495 0037 6213 391.
   The account name: Madame TAYLOR, Henrietta
   The account number: 9500 3762 133

   (b) Cheques are accepted in Euros, American dollars, Australian dollars & Sterling Pounds. (10EUR surcharge will be made for currencies other than Euros)

   (c) Travellers'cheques are accepted.

2. All cheques are to be made payable to Henrietta Taylor.
3. Balance is due eight (8) weeks before due date of arrival.
4. Full refunds (less a 10% administration fee) are only available for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival time. The cancellation fee is based on the full value of the booking.
5. Your accommodation will be spotless when you arrive and it is the your responsibility to maintain this standard and leave it in the same condition upon departure. Cleaning rates are available upon request and must be booked at the time of check-in.
6. It is the Clients's responsibility to inform us of any additional guests (or any special needs) that are not advised at the time of booking. It is entirely at our discretion to accept variations to the original booking.
7. Clients are greeted personally between 4-6pm on the day of arrival or by prior arrangement. Clients are asked to contact Henrietta Taylor on:
   +33(0) 4 90 75 49 64 on the evening before the arrival date to confirm an approximate arrival time on the day of arrival.
8. We strongly advise and highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out to safeguard your trip.
9. No animals are permitted in any of the properties for any reason at any time.
10. Rentals of one month or greater are available at a discount, solely at our discretion. The discount is only applicable and can only be arranged at the time of booking.
